Mustered July 2, 1864. Commissioned Captain Nov. 1, 1864. Mustered Nov. 21, 1864. Mustered out near Jeffersonville, Ind., July 9, 1865. Brevet Captain, U.S. Volunteers, Sept. 30, 1864, for gallant services at the battle of Peeble's Farm Va. Wounded at battle of Wilderness.
