Wounded in action at Locust Grove Va., Nov. 27, 1863. Discharged at expiration of term of service Oct. 9, 1864. Was engaged in the following battles: Yorktown, Williamsburg, Manassas, Chantilly, Fredericksburg, Cedars, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg, Glendale and Locust Grove.
